COMMENT 2: OBESITY

Obesity is the accumulation of fat that can be harmful to health. Obesity has increased over time.

The causes are an increase in foods high in fat and a decrease in physical activity.

Today we, the children, do less physical activity than in the past. Before, children were always playing on the street and today we spend a lot of time playing video games and we don´t move so much. This is harmful.

The consequences are cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, disorders in the locomotor system and cancers.

How can you reduce obesity? It can be reduced by not eating so many foods with high carolytic content (junk food), eating more fruits, vegetables, legumes, cereals and doing more sports.

In my opinion obesity is bad because one day you will not that you will not be able to move and you will get sick.
