WRITNG 10: A SPORT
Jogging is a healty sport for anyone. You can practise it outdoors in parks on roads on the beach... You don't need to wear anything too special to go jogging, but your clothes should be comfortable. You must wear running shoes and socks. You should warm up and strech all parks of your body well be fore running. Warn up 5-10 minutes before you go jogging. It's important to drink a little water while you run so you must bring a lightweight bottle. You can run alone or with another person. It's better with another person because you are more motivate.
