Secretary: Hello. How can I help you?
Customer: Hello, my name is Francisco, I´d like to learn to play the guitar.
Secretary: How old are you?
Customer: I´m 12.
Secretary: Do you want private lessons or would you like to join a class?
Customer: I think it's better private lessons. How often is the class?
Secretary: The class is twice a week. Every Tuesday and Thursday at 5.00 pm.
Customer: OK, and How much does it cost?
Secretary: The class is €75 a month.
Customer: Thanks. Let me think about it.

WRITING 2 : DESCRIPTION My mother's name is Mª Angeles. Her birthay is on 3rd February, she is 48 years old. She is Spanish. She is from Granada. She is a house wife and an excellent mother and wife. She likes meeting her friends and having coffee. What does she look like? She is short and slim. Her eyes are big and brown, they are beautiful. She has got a small nose and a small mouth .   COMMENT 3: POLLUTION Pollution consists of harmful substances to people. They are in air, soil and water. It is harmful because we all need clean air to live, if we breathe polluted air we can get sick, not only people but also plants and animals. An element that pollutes a lot is the smoke expelled by all the cars in the cities, especially trucks and buses. Very old vehicles should also be removed from circulation because they pollute and smell badly  and cause people to cough. Water in rivers is full of rubbish that people throw, chemical substances from factories and can no longer be used for drinking or cooking. What should we do to avoid this? -We must control the smoke released by factories and automobiles. -Use the bike more often and walk as much as possible. -We must be more ecological -We must prevent harmful substances from entering the rivers and seas.
