COMENT 10: WINTER Winter begins on 21st December and finishes on 21st March. Now we are in winter. In winter it is very cold, you have to bundle up well, it is the coldest season of all. The days are shorter and the nights are longer. This winter I can't go out much because of the coronavirus. Christmas is celebrated in this season. At Christmas you meet your family to celebrate Christmas Eve (12/24) and New Year's Eve (12/31). This year in class we have must to have the doors and windows open because of the virus and we are cold. At Christmas many people have vacations. Now we are on vacation. COMENT 9:FOOTBALL Football was invented in 1863. 11 players play on the field, 10 plus the goalkeeper and 9 reserve players. In soccer you cannot touch the ball with your hand because it would be a fault. Offside is when you pass the ball to a teammate but he is ahead of the other players on the opposing team. The goalkeeper can give the ball to all parts of the body to defend their goal but if it is into the area because if you get hand outside the area is missing. A game usually lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes divided into 2 parts of 45 minutes. If I throw the ball out of the field it is out, if the ball goes out near the goal they take a corner. COMENT 8: TEACHER The teachers are people that are part of our life. Since we were little we always had a teacher who taught us to read, write, behave, etc. Every year they taught us new things, add, subtract, ... in mathematics, in natural the human body, plants, animals, ... in geography, maps, climate, ... in history to pass contests, prehistory... They are our educators together with our parents as we spend many hours with them. there are better teachers than others, I always remember my primary teacher Inés, because I was 3 years with her and it was wonderful. COMENT 7: Thomas Sean Thomas Sean Connery, known as Sean Connery, was a British film actor and producer. He won an Oscar for his role in the untouchables and three Golden Globe Awards. He was famous for his character James Bond. He was a world renowned actor. He received many awards and recognitions. He has a lot of movies. My parents really liked the movie "the name of the rose" where Sean Connery is a friar who must investigate the death of a monk in an abbey, for this movie he also won a best actor award. COMENT 5: ONILE CLASS OR IN-PERSON CLASS Online classes are a good option when we are in danger from the coronavirus pandemic, but we must admit that in-person classes students are more concentrated. You can work with your colleagues. You don't usually do exams, for which they have to study. However, in online classes you don't usually make exams but you do pdf. What I see more positive about the online classes is that you don't have to travel, you don't take notes, you don't have to get up early. I prefer in-person classes because you meet your friends, you have less homework and you learn better. Francisco José Prados Espinosa
